Race Day Timeline
- 7:30 AM – Registration, packet pickup starts
- 8:00 AM Announcements Start
- 8:00 AM Gear Check Open
- 8:30 AM Little Elf race Starts
- 8:45 AM Warm up for first wave of 12ks runners
- 9:00 AM – First wave of 12K runners
- 9:05 AM Warm up for second wave of 12k runners
- 9:10 AM Start second wave of 12k runners
- 9:15 AM – Warm up for 5K runners
- 9:30 AM – Start 5K runners
- 9:30 AM Extra race shirts and toboggan hats for sale.
- 10:15 AM 5K and 12K overall first second and third place winners announced.
- 11:30 AM Course closes
